Pricing
All furnished rentals are unique, which means they vary in price. Below is a general estimate of where your property may land. Specific pricing for your listing is given after we discuss the details of your property. We will need the square footage of the property, number of rooms, city, general descriptions of outdoor amenities, and a description of your vision for the project before an accurate price quote can be given.
Price includes creative fee and licensing fee. Licensing terms are discussed during booking.
Bungalow: $250-350
Typically 1-2 bedrooms, patio, no yard
Residential: $350-550
Typically 2-5 bedrooms, yard, pool if applicable
Large Residential: $550-800+
Typically 3-5+ bedrooms, any size yard
Can include: property in addition to yard (outbuildings, land), pool
Premium: $800-1,000+
Typically 3-5+ bedrooms, any size yard
Can include: property in addition to yard (outbuildings, land), pool, vehicles for rent, experiential photography (i.e. horseback riding, kayaking, etc.)
